Whether passengers should pay for the construction of the international airport at Shamshabad.

Revision of proposal required

IT IS a burden for the passengers.

Why should the public bear the expenditure on development of one of the International airports, when it should be a joint venture of State Government, Airport Authority of India and private developers with equal partnerships? In my view the proposals of the State Cabinet should be revised and the burden of finance should be also shared by the authorities involved in the joint venture or at least by the private developers who are interested in developing the airport.
