The mobile phone is a communication tool, the gizmos and add-ons are just a gimmick. Comment.

Handy and useful

I REMEMBER when I got my first mobile it was a perfect communication tool.

Now after three years it has become a major part of my day-to-day life, it is not only a phone, it's my daily planner with reminders and alarms. It gives me company when I'm alone with all kinds of games loaded in it and keeps me connected to e-mail.

With features like the cam and MMS it is hard to miss a thing happening around.

So it's very handy. So I don't think giving more add-ons is a gimmick, it may be a gimmick when it comes to marketing strategies and promotions, but it is quite handy and useful when it comes to people like us.
