Kids carnival
The Welcome Hotel Grand Bay has come out with an exciting programme for the kids to beat the heat in style. The programme titled Welcomkids Carnival offers exciting evenings by the poolside every Saturday and Sunday for the month of May.
The carnival starts of with a dip in the pool to cool the body and the mind for the, `hold your breath' excitement to come. Innovative games like Queen of Sheeba, water polo, pick the Jack and water relay race are just part of the three hour session that starts from four in the evening. Magician Khwaja is entrusted with the job to step up the thrill by pulling a rabbit out of his hat and making a dove vanish into thin air.
A special stage has been erected to allow the little ones to shake their legs to the beat of the latest hits and walk down the ramp in their best for the `Carnival Fashion Show' that is choreographed by Vandana Vij.
To keep the tempo going the hotel has taken care to spread an array of lip smacking snacks that include pizzas, burgers, pin wheel sandwiches, assorted pastries, tay jelly in bowl and lot more.
A Pied Piper sans the pipe takes the children through the entire course of the programme systematically.
