Speed up pipeline work: CPI

HYDERABAD June 13. Activists of the CPI City Council held a demonstration in front of the HMWSSB office here on Thursday demanding speeding up of the pipeline work for the Krishna water project. Later, they submitted a memorandum to the HMWSSB's Managing Director, M.G. Gopal, seeking regular supply for all residential colonies and to arrest the alleged water theft in some areas. The party wanted the board to dig more borewells and supply water through tankers to the slums.
