Prime Minister Mr. Jawaharlal Nehru declared in New Delhi on the 13th, "There is no doubt that the world's atmosphere has improved because of the recent moves of Russia and China. Their new proposals point to a correct path, which creates a chance to save the world from drifting towards war."
