SP cannot dislodge me: Mayawati

Jalandhar March 30. Asserting that the Samajwadi Party would not be allowed to succeed in its design to dislodge her Government, the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, Mayawati, today said the SP's "misdeeds" would be made public during the "Pardafash rally" on April 14. "The BSP-BJP coalition Government in the State will complete its full term," she told reporters here.

"The SP is fast losing its popularity at the grassroots level and its attempt to tarnish my image by releasing select portions of my speech during a BSP meeting by tempering with video tapes was a move to regain the faith of its MLAs, who are in constant touch with me to join the BSP," Ms. Mayawati claimed. — PTI
