FIH Hon Secretary General, Peter Cohen said, "the FIH now has 114 national associations throughout the world. I'm delighted that the development of hockey globally continues and I'd like to welcome the new associations to the FIH.'' The Congress also appointed Brig. Atif as a member of honour of the FIH. Peter Cohen (Australia) and Tony von Ondarza (Venezuela) were re-elected as Secretary General and Vice President. Douglas Grey of Ireland was elected as Treasurer. Brig. Musarrat Ullah Khan (Pakistan), Aaron Sher (United States) were newly elected to the Executive Board, while Claire Peeters-Monseu (Belgium), Theo Ykema (Netherlands) and Bark- Jae Shin (Korea) were re-elected for a period of four years.
