Honour for State

HYDERABAD Dec. 7. The AP Government has been recognised as an outstanding employer of persons with disabilities by the Centre.

A National Award consisting of a plaque and citation was received from the President on the International Day of the Disabled. This award was in recognition of the Special Recruitment Drive launched by the State Government for filling vacancies reserved for the Disabled, according to a release.
