Pamphlet withdrawn

New Delhi Dec. 4. An official pamphlet circulated to Members of Parliament by the Lok Sabha Secretariat has dubbed revolutionaries as ``extremists and terrorists''. Titled ``Movement for Freedom and Democratic Institutions'', the pamphlet says the plague in Maharashtra and the partition of Bengal gave rise to extremism

The Lok Sabha Secretariat later withdrew the pamphlet, which the senior Congress leader and Leader of the Opposition in the Rajya Sabha, Manmohan Singh, alleged described revolutionary leaders as terrorists and extremists.
