Glenmark to divest subsidiary

MUMBAI: Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on February 14, to consider divesting its wholly-owned subsidiary Glenmark Laboratories including the sale of its manufacturing plant at Vema, Goa.
