Tehelka expose: legal notice served on editor
NEW DELHI, APRIL 7. Mr. Thomas Mathew, who was suspended as
Director from the Home Ministry on charges of involvement in the
Tehelka expose, today said he had already served legal notice
against the editor and reporter of The Pioneer for defaming him
and accused the Vajpayee Government of ``humiliating and
insulting'' him.
``I have already served legal notice to the editor, Mr. Chandan
Mitra and his reporter for defaming me,'' Mr. Mathew told
reporters here.
